Project Graduation Raffle Still Open

helps keep kids safe on graduation night and every night.

The program has begun an educational effort, working with experts on substance abuse to empower students with knowledge. Not only do we raise funds to send our senior students to an all-night event on graduation night, we aim to educate all grade levels on the effects of drugs and alcohol.

This coming spring, we have aimed at students at during health classes with a powerful presentation on alcohol abuse and its effects, both short term and long term. We need the support of the community to continue our efforts to give our students the knowledge to make decisions for themselves based on important current information and the experiences of those who have failed.

The Project Graduation 50/50 Raffle to raise money for this important cause is now in full swing! Tickets are $10 a piece.

From the raffle, 25 percent of the proceeds go to the top winner, 15 percent to the second and 10 percent to the third place winner. Neighboring high schools have run raffles like this and have raised $14,000, so the prizes could be substantial!

All high school families were sent out two raffle tickets to purchase at the beginning of the month. If all 2,500 families purchased even just one, the top winner would receive more than $6,000. The more tickets purchased, the higher the jackpot, so send your tickets in!

But more good news ... this raffle is open to all—you need not be a high school family to participate. Please visit our website to get raffle information and tickets.
