Doctor Talks Dental Health at Bridgewater Schools
Program is held every February for National Dental Health Month.
In honor of National Dental Health month, Dr. Robert L. Sanford will be speaking at the Bridgewater-Raritan schools throughout the months of February and March.
Elementary and middle school students will have an opportunity to meet Sanford and learn about the importance of proper oral hygiene. He will teach them his "Roll, Wiggle and Wisk" tooth brushing technique—roll the brush over the teeth, wiggle the bristles between the teeth and whisk the plaque off.
Sanford also reviews how to floss and rinse for healthy teeth and gums.
