Three Schools Still Closed, Power May Not Be Restored Until Thursday
The middle school is expected to open as scheduled Wednesday.
, and will still be closed Wednesday, with power not expected to be restored until at least Thursday, according to a release on the district website.
According to Superintendent of Schools Michael Schilder in the release, JCP&L has said it will not be in the area until Thursday.
"We are pushing hard for them to be here sooner," he said in the release.

The , Schilder said, is expected to be open as scheduled. PSE&G is currently working on the power there, he said, and electricity is expected to be fully restored by 11 p.m. Tuesday.
Schilder said that all other schools will open at their regular times Wednesday, with no delayed openings.

The is offering drop-in movies from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Schilder said.
