Beginner & Experienced Classes Begin Wednesday, April 16, 2014

The Somerset County Park Commission Recreation Department has announced open registration for the spring session of Classic Hatha Yoga with classes for both beginners and practiced. The low-impact program will introduce adults to the healthful benefits of Yoga and improve on existing skills for those who previously participated.

The 10-week evening program will be held on Wednesday evenings beginning April 16, 2014 at Park Commission Headquarters at North Branch Park, 355 Milltown Road in Bridgewater. Beginner sessions will run from 5:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. with the Advanced session running from 7:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. Fee for the beginner session is $80.00 and fee for the experienced session is $100.00.
