The defeated the York Revolution 5-2 before 5,186 fans at TD Bank Ballpark on Sunday evening.
The Patriots scored first in the bottom of the third inning after Rian Kiniry singled and scored on an RBI base hit by Colin Curtis for the 1-0 lead.
York answered right back the following inning to even the score on a solo homerun by Michael Hernandez (13).
Somerset regained the lead in the bottom half of the fourth on an RBI single by Adam Donachie and a ground out by Kiniry to make the score 3-1.
An RBI single by Joe Holden in the sixth brought home a run for Somerset to extend their lead to 4-1.
The Patriots tacked on another insurance run the following inning after Curtis was hit by a pitch and came around to score later in the inning when Corey Smith grounded into a double play for the 5-1 advantage.
An RBI triple by Hernandez in the ninth plated a run for the Revolution for the 5-2 final.
Somerset starter Derell McCall (7-5) pitched seven strong innings, allowing only a run and striking out three. Derrick Gordon (3-3) got the loss for York, surrendering four runs on eight hits in 5.1 innings pitched.
