“Robbie does a lot of things well.  He is that hard nose type of player that you need on your team.  He has some power, he is a tough out, he can run a little and play a few different positions.  I look for special things from Robbie this season and we are happy to have him as part of the Patriots,” said Brett Jodie, Manager of the Somerset Patriots Baseball Club.

Widlansky has a minor league career .283 batting average, 271 runs, 626 hits, 141 doubles, 46 home runs, and 334 RBI in 615 games played.

Harrilchak has experience in the Atlanta Braves organization, where he reached as high as Triple-A in 2012.

He spent the 2013 season in Southern Illinois of the independent Frontier League and finished with a .332 batting average, 45 runs, 70 hits, 10 doubles, five home runs, 33 RBI, and 33 stolen bases in 61 games played.

“I have heard great reviews from many people about Cory.  I think he will come up big for us this season in a lot of ways.  He will be great defensively in the outfield, he has a plus arm, he will be a base stealing threat and he handles the bat very well.   He will be that spark plug that we need,” said Jodie.
