Basketball Camp to Focus on Shooting, Agility

The camp will be held for different sessions in July.

The fifth annual Bridgewater-Raritan Basketball Camp is being held for several different sessions starting in June this year.

The camp is for students in grades first through ninth as of September.

The first session will be for boys only at the Bridgewater-Raritan High School, from June 24 through June 28, and will feature former NBA player Eric Murdock speaking during the session. The session will put a focus on individual offensive improvement.

The second session will be July 1 through July 3 for both men and women, and featuring Shotman Mike Lanza. This session will be all about shooting.

Boys will be invited to the next session from July 8 through July 12 for “Team Basketball,” and the July 15 through July 19 session will be co-ed with a focus on agility.

From July 22 through July 26, the co-ed session will be held at Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School with another focus on individual offensive improvement.

A boys only session will be held July 29 through Aug. 2 at the high school, and the final session will be held for boys and girls at the high school from Aug. 5 through Aug. 9. These sessions will focus on teamwork and agility, respectively.

In terms of registration, a $20 discount will be given for paying before May 1, and a $10 discount for paying between May 1 and June 1.
