IN SHORT
Bieda netted his two goals in the first half, but the Panthers only held a 2-1 lead going into the break. Like they have in many games this season, Bridgewater's team members were dominant in the second half, including the third quarter when Bieda assisted on all four goals. Ryan Hollingsworth scored two goals in the quarter, and the Panthers did not look back after that.
PANTHER OF THE GAME
Scott Bieda—Tied for a game-high two goals, and finished with a game-high five assists. Hillsborough gave him space to shoot in the first half, and he took full advantage. After tightening up the defense on the attacker, he started finding open teammates who were able to finish their shots.
“He’s tough with the ball and always plays with his head up," said head coach Chuck Apel. "He can always find his open teammates and if you give him an inch, he’s going to take it.”
OTHER KEY PERFORMANCES

COACH’S TAKE
“I think we rededicated ourselves to hustling on the ground balls. I think the last two games we lost that a little bit and it really helped us today. With the weather changing, we wanted to use a lot of different guys today and our depth was an advantage.”—Head Coach Chuck Apel
THEY SAID IT
“We played great today. The main thing today was that everyone was hustling for the whole game. The last two games we got beat to every ground ball and that was our emphasis today. It’s about effort, and we knew if we gave our full effort we wouldn’t lose.”—Scott Bieda
