Cardio Boot Camp - Front & Center

High energy, intense cardio training guaranteed to boost your energy to new heights. This is a group fitness class for all levels utilizing athletic skills & drills. It is a total body workout that includes such exercises as multi-intensity aerobics, sprints, circuits, jumping jacks, lunges, push-ups, ab work, etc. Please bring a towel/mat for floor work as well as any free weights you have.
