The Washington Valley Park Hawk Watch Area hosts hundreds of hawk watchers from August through November. The area is off Vosseller Avenue, at the end of Miller Lane in the Martinsville section of town. Hawk watchers can witness hawks, falcons and eagles flying overhead, and staff from the Somerset County Park Commission and the New Jersey Audubon Society will be on hand to provide guidance to novice hawk watchers and share tips.
