Somerset County's Most Dangerous Roads

Four of county's six pedestrian fatalities during a recent three-year period occurred on Route 22, report says.

Route 22 accounted for nearly all of Somerset County's pedestrian fatalities during a recent three-year period, according to a report released by the Tri-State Transportation Campaign.

Four of the county's six pedestrian deaths between 2009 and 2011 occurred on Route 22, the report said. Three of the deaths occurred in 2010.
