I would like to spread the word about a great experience I had at Ideal Auto Body LLC in Bridgewater. I was recently rear ended at a stop light, my new car was not drivable and it was the first accident I was ever in. It was very upsetting, thankfully no one was hurt, but the car looked bad. It was towed to a garage I didn't know, which stressed me out further. I asked around for a good auto body shop and was connected to Ideal. From then on my car was totally taken care of. They handled it very professionally and in a very timely way. Once they had the car at their shop I made one call initially to make sure they had everything they needed and they reassured me that it would look like new. The next call was Ideal informing that the car was ready. They in fact did make it look like new. I am bringing it to your attention because it is rare these days to get good customer service and a job well done.

I have nothing but praise for Ideal Auto Body. This family business is exactly what I needed for collision repair. I used it 3 times in the past 6 years.
The quality of the work was outstanding, and the service prompt and friendly.
They dealt directly with my insurance company when additional damage was found, in one occasion, upon removal of the rear bumper. They communicated the short delay, and actually delivered the car ahead of time.
In addition, they made arrangements with the Enterprise car rental company, so when I arrived I found them waiting to take me to their location. When I took possession of the car after repair, Ideal Auto Body took care of the rental return so I can get to work quickly.
I recommend this business wholeheartedly. Talk to Gary, always friendly and patient, going out of his way to ensure the customer needs are met.
