The following arrest information was supplied by the Bridgewater Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Bridgewater Township Police recently arrested a woman for hindering apprehension—and found she had a warrant for her arrest out of Middlesex Borough. Christine Gargirello, 49, of Bridgewater, was charged with hindering apprehension after the vehicle she was a passenger in was pulled over when she was not wearing her seatbelt at 7:41 p.m. Jan. 28. According to police, Gargirello gave a false name when police asked her to identify herself. When she was arrested, police said, they found that Gargirello also had a $500 warrant for her arrest from Middlesex Borough. Bridgewater Township Police are also investigating a few burglaries over the past week. For questions about this blotter, email audreyl@patch.com.
