Team Buttocks Raising Money for MS

The team will be participating in a bikeathon.

Team Buttocks, a local group of volunteers, are riding in the Multiple Sclerosis Coast the Coast bikeathon, which begins down the shore at Monmouth University on May 19. Most team members are riding 50 miles on their bikes. The team is now 42 people strong, with Jules Mauro as the captain, who has been riding and raising money to support the MS cause for 13 years. One of the founding members has a niece that was diagnosed with MS when she was 19. One of the riders, Eisenhower Intermediate School vocal teacher Roberta Maher, has MS and has ridden with Team Buttocks for two years now. One of the team's new member's father passed away last year from MS.  Almost everyone on the team now knows someone with MS. The team goal is to raise $16,000 …
