Child Porn Possession Gets Bridgewater Man 10 Years

David Tuytjens was sentenced to 120 months after pleading guilty in August.

A Bridgewater man was sentenced Tuesday to 10 years in prison after he pleaded guilty in August to possessing child pornography on a laptop computer and DVDs in his home, according to United States District Attorney Paul Fishman. David Tuytjens, 57, had previously pleaded guilty in federal court to possession of child pornography, and he was sentenced Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Michael A. Shipp in Trenton federal court. In addition to the 120 months in prison, Tuytjens was sentenced to five years of supervised release, restricted contact with minors and monitoring of his use of the computer.
