The next step in getting rid of the vultures also tops local news.
One case was confirmed and others are being investigated, and those who were in the same places as those infected are being told to contact a health care provider. Residents paid for a vulture carcass to be hung from a tree to scare away the hundreds of vultures nesting in an area of Martinsville.
