Margo, Neighbor

Margo is a resident of Bridgewater, New Jersey.  Originally a programmer by training turned financial and compliance professional, she has worked for a number of international conglomerates. 

Being at full time executive and a working parent, her life was profoundly changed after having a child of her own. She is now a tireless advocate for children's needs and the call for for parents to be their kids' best supporters. Inspired by this life change, she is currently serving on the board of The Learning Gate (a local non-profit in Somerset with locations in Bridgewater and Raritan).  A self proclaimed Child Whisperer, she does make contributions to a number of periodicals suggesting the best ways to establish and fix parent - child relationships. 

Kids do not come with instructions, so it's up to the parents to embark on the journey of discovery: of themselves and of their children. Until recently she has been the brains behind www.childwhisperer.org until she went into a self-imposed exile in order to expand the offering of the parenting materials. The first one is to be made available by mid-May and will include a series of checklists for parents with new babies: covering choices of clothing, cribs as well as some experience-based advice regarding certain parenting dilemmas.
